30-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Pro-Hands Sports LLC. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, email info@myprohands.com. Please do not send a product back before receiving return authorization and instructions from Pro-Hands Sports.

Return Shipping

For approved standard returns that are not due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email info@myprohands.com. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, Pro-Hands Sports will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
