30-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from PRO-HANDS SPORTS LLC. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@myprohands.com. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, PRO-HANDS will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
